Job Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Direct a landscape crew installing projects ranging
from plantings to hardscapes and water features. Maintain quality
control and safety standards. Communicate effectively with crew,
clients, and designers. Meet deadlines for production and implement
efficiency practices. Continue to learn and teach best techniques.
Maintain equipment and resources. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: In all phases of landscape construction. Hardscape
specialist desired. Operation of landscape equipment, skid loaders,
trucks, trailers, etc. Ability to read and implement landscape plans.
Ability to delegate responsibility and train new technicians. Must work
in all kind o weather conditions doing a physical job. Need a positive,
can do attitude and encourage co-workers. Make independent decisions
focused on efficiency. Must have a valid driver\'s license in good
