Job Description

 
Responsibilities: Ensuring all event packages leaving throughout the day have all items listed on the site menu Ensuring all tasting events have all food items and are ready for execution Pre-packing all events for the following morning Working with PM packer for proper handoff of daily events Ordering and packing all grocery team items, working closely with the PM packer to ensure all items have been obtained and packed in a timely manner Sending out detailed PM notes including all shorts for events leaving the following morning Labelling proofers for future events and ensuring site menus are placed in each proofer for reference Assisting chefs with their pack-outs as needed Working closely with the production chef to rectify major issues that occur during event pack-out Monitor and maintain dry pack area for event packing Requirements: 1+ years working in a kitchen required, warehouse experience is preferred. Food experience is a plus Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be comfortable working in a walk-in refrigerator and freezer Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.
