United Standard POS (http://www.unitedstandardpos.com) is an established supplier and developer of Restaurant and Retail Point of Sale (POS) systems in the Southwest. Our clients include small local and large national companies in the restaurant, retail and hospitality sectors. We are seeking full time experienced sales people for our Las Vegas office.
Prior POS sales (retail or restaurant), merchant account sales or other technical software/hardware sales experience required dealing primarily with owner/operators. We will also consider Sales Reps with food or liquor supplier experience in the Las Vegas Market (e.g, Sysco, Shetakis, US Foods, Southern Wine and Spirits, etc.). The candidate must also have a cell phone, car, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Primarily responsibilities:
* Finding, developing and qualifying leads
* Conducting software demonstrations and site surveys
* Closing deals and facilitating payments
* Working accounts for follow-on sales
* Interfacing with the technical support department

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, developing and growing their own book of business. The company will provide some leads.
We offer a professional, people-centric culture and compensation that includes draw against substantial commissions for full time positions; 30 day probation period. Target compensation is between $40k and $60k first year. After the first year you will likely make much more.
