What You Will Be Doing:
Build and maintain partnerships with sales team, support sales center Operational Sales Leader, and cover routes when needed.
Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates - not from behind a desk - to keep/attain a World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices.
Leverage data by embracing technology to develop and execute sales plans to win as a team in the marketplace.

Position Requirements:
3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others (A combination of training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted).
Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
