Your Role and Responsibilities
– Knowledge of web structure, operation, and usage;
– Knowledge in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager);
– Ensure that pages comply with IBM’s standards and accessibility requirements;
– Identify issues and errors and ensure their resolution;
– Write comprehensive reports related to the issues found, adding screenshots, logs, examples, or references if necessary;
– Good communication with the team to explain issues and negotiating skills to ensure corrections;
– Provide feedback for feature improvements;
– Ability to review a web page and provide insights to improve the user interface and user experience;
– Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively assess issues and find solutions.
