Greets employees, answers calls routed to the payroll department, directs calls, answers questions and/or triages tickets as needed. Assists with other functions such as but not limited to: ordering office supplies, mail sorting and distribution, general office duties, and other daily functions as needed.

 

This position is hybrid and requires 1 day in-office per week.

Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of governmental regulations, legal compliance related to compensation, benefits, pension and general employment law.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks and good time management skills.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use various software programs (HRIS, Timekeeping, MS Word/Excel, CRM tool) Healthcare experience, preferred.

Physicial Requirements - Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly

 

Schedule: shifts available from 8:00AM - 4:30PM or 7:30AM - 4:00PM
