Information Services ensures the delivery and support of information
systems and associated services as the leader of a technical or
functional sub-team. In addition to their own technical work, the Team
Lead, under direction of their manager or director, oversees day-to-day
functions of that technical sub-team. Mentors team members in developing
their professional and technical skills, helping ensure that the team is
optimally positioned to support the needs of the organization as it
applies to their area of responsibility, as well as the extended IS
team. The position is responsible for the productivity, skills mix,
quality and compliance of their assigned team. This position spends 20%
overseeing teamwork assignments and activities, 10% coordinating with IS
management or other peers/leadership, 65% on direct technical duties, 5%
on administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities As an experience

End User Computing team, continue to perform duties as aligned with that
