We have immediate per diem (PRN) shifts available for the following position: Home Health Registered Nurse in Parma, OH.

Requirements:

Required Certifications: BLS
Required Skills: Adult Home Health, Admission Assessment, Case management, Discharge/discharge due to safety or Non compliance, Recertification, Resumption of care, Intradermal, Intramuscular, Intravenous infusions, Subcutaneous, Obtain Vital Signs, Phlebotomy skills, Clinical assessment documentation, Coordinate services, Infection Control Precautions, OASIS, Medication Administration, Pain Management/Assessment, Monitoring Chemotherapy side effects, Pain management/hospice, Port insertion/care, Care and management of peripheral IVs/ central lines/ports, IV start skills, Drain Management, Pressure ulcer prevention/management, Pressure ulcer staging, Wound care, Wound V.A.C management, Medication Assessment/Management, Colostomy/ileostomy management/care, NG tube management/care, Nutritional Assessment, Post AV Fistula/Shunt, Suprapubic Catheter insertion/management, Urinary Catheter insertion/ management, Routine visit, Significant change in condition, Start of Care, Transfer, Blood Glucose/glucometer management, Insulin pump management
