What Do Parking Ambassadors Do?
As a Parking Ambassador, you will:
- Assist in the daily operation of assigned parking facilities.
- Help customers use automated revenue control equipment, including payment apps and pay stations.
- Review payments, monthly hang tags, and improper parking to issue violations as necessary.
- Monitor the performance of pay stations, addressing malfunctions directly or by coordinating with the Area Manager.
- Remove cash from pay stations at least every other day and deliver it to the corporate office.
- Regularly inspect lot signage, report deficiencies, and perform repairs/replacements as needed.
- Promote courteous customer treatment and resolve guest service issues promptly.
- Follow company policies to ensure efficient, safe, and secure operations.
- Report accidents or incidents immediately to your supervisor.
- Maintain lot integrity and appearance, including trash removal and grounds upkeep.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success.
