Must have excellent customer service skills as well as be caring towards patients. Performs intake triage, assist with mental health screenings, vitals, prior authorizations, blood draws, injections, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying eligibility, knowledge of insurance benefits, organization of no shows/ cancellations, collect payments, work closely with coworkers, providers, and management. Willing to travel occasionally between two locations.  After a 90-day probationary period there is an opportunity to earn a pay increase, PTO, and qualify fo paid holidays.
