Do you have a solid understanding of PCB boards and SMT components? Pro Staff, in partnership with our manufacturing client in Anoka, MN, is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join their team. As a valued member of this company, you will be part of an exceptional team prioritizing safety, quality, and creativity. You will set up and operate the Screen Printer, SMT placement equipment, Reflow Ovens, and any other production equipment as required. Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | $19.00/hr
As a Machine Operator, you will ensure the quality and productivity of the assigned machine(s) in the PCB Assembly area. You will work in a team-oriented environment and complete the daily work schedule for the assigned machine(s). Additionally, you will maintain the daily/monthly preventative maintenance for the assigned machine(s).

Requirements: To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an SMT Operator or a CNC Operator. You should also be able to transport up to 20 pounds.
