Position: RN Regulatory Compliance Consultant Location: all cities, MN Job Id: 602 # of Openings: 1

We are currently hiring Nurse Consultants to assist our post-acute clients throughout the country with regulatory compliance, risk assessments and clinical system quality improvement in accordance with state and federal requirements.

Position Summary: Work with clients to identify improvement opportunities with respect to regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and clinical systems for post-acute care settings. Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes and other needs as requested Consults and provides technical or interim management assistance to nursing and health care providers as requested by the client Provide written reports as requested in a timely manner Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations, and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines Functions within scope of work as defined by the client Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations Qualifications: Must be licensed RN in state of hire and able to obtain other state licenses as required Able to build solid relationships with all levels of staff, interdisciplinary team, residents, and families Excellent leadership, communication and customer services skills Experience in long term care preferred Apply for this Position
