Job Description: |
We are interested in a candidate who has a farming background or is passionate about agriculture and conservation, and who wants to directly with farmers on their soil health farming activities. This position develops and manages the Benton County Sustainable Farming Initiative; Works directly with farmers to assess soil health if their fields using soil tests and other activities and completes farm conservation assessments for Minnesota Agricultural Water Quality Certification Program; and Assist with outreach activities for Benton SWCD.
