WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 7am-4p

STARTING WAGE: $19+ Depending on Experience

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares packing slips, Bill of Lading (BOL) and export documents when necessary.

  • Conducts final inspection of all company paperwork related to shipping.

  • General housekeeping in accordance with the Traffic / Shipping expectations.

  • Coordinates required activities for export shipments.

  • Schedules inbound freight from the mills.

  • Processes all UPS / FedEx shipments via computer.

  • Prepares certifications in accordance with Sales order request.

  • Assists with receiving of the incoming freight.

  • Assists with loading and unloading of the trucks.

  • Other duties as assigned
