Post-secondary diploma or equivalent certificate in automotive services technology.

Occupational Experience Requirement

Four full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience in automotive service technology.

Recency Requirement

One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) post-secondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.

Professional Requirement

Current ASE certification in the areas in which the faculty member is teaching.
Experience working in teams in a fast paced, interactive environment.

General hours are Monday-Thursday classes in the evening starting around 2, classes can also be scheduled on Fridays along with campus activities, meetings and events.
