Your Role:
The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to VP, Global Kidney Care R&D and respective teams within this group.
This seasoned professional must possess critical thinking skills, exercise sound business judgment and handle highly confidential information with integrity; results and solutions oriented supporting a fast-paced frequently changing environment.
This is an exciting and meaningful position that will require working with other administrative staff both within the US and Globally. The role will require independent thinking as well as partnering with team members. Global interaction and exposure to senior levels of the organization and external customers will be part of the day to day.
What You Will Be Doing:

Manage calendar for the VP, Global Kidney Care R&D and may be asked to assist other team members periodically

Create/prepare correspondence and complex presentations; assist with all R&D meeting planning/logistics for Global Town Halls and other informational sessions

Manage staffing activities to include interviews, onboarding of FTEs / contractors and internal transfers

Experience making complex global travel arrangements and Concur expense report reconciliation; experience with passport and visa processing

Provide dedicated back-up support as needed to one or more executive level colleagues with exposure to confidential/sensitive information

Strong organization and project management skills; ability to streamline and prioritize work; understand available resources and deliver on short notice

Strong support/participation on the admin team (or willingness) to plan and lead internal/external events as needed while collaborating with broader team; administrative support/management of internal and external events as requested

Must be available outside normal working hours during global travel of the leader, if necessary

Purchase office supplies through COUPA system

Highly proficient in Outlook calendar management/scheduling

Experience with Global interaction and exposure to senior levels of the organization and external customers

Apply and implement internal policies and provide training, as needed

Involvement with project management and event coordination
What You Need:

High school diploma required/ Bachelor's Degree highly preferred

Minimum 4 years of experience working in a Senior Executive Assistant role

Highly proficient in MSOffice 360, Teams, Zoom, Google Chrome, Outlook, OneDrive; ability to adjust with new technology

Experience with Concur and COUPA preferred

Demonstrated proficiency with Internet / Intranet applications and research

Ability to multi-task, independently manage time and be detail oriented

Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external high-level executives

Complex project management experience and problem-solving skills preferred

Ability to travel quarterly and assist in complex meetings

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000.00 to $82,500.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
