As a member of a team, this position will process Health Care Savings Plan (HCSP) reimbursements by analyzing claim forms and the accompanying verification documentation, provide problem resolution support to callers, investigate and/or facilitate resolution of simple to highly complex problems relating to the claims.
Minimum Qualifications
• Advanced office/administrations support in a health-related business office, expense reimbursements, or invoice reconciliation.
• Verbal and written communication skills sufficient to explain procedures, rules and regulations so that others understand them and are provided with clear, accurate information.
• Customer service skills sufficient to answer phones, resolve more complex situations, and respond to inquires
• Data entry skills sufficient to maintain accurate records.
• Math skills sufficient to review reimbursement claims, analyze invoices, and balance daily batches.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong time management skills to organize workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion.
• Ability to handle frequent interruptions and be flexible in responding to changes in work assignments.
Additional Requirements
