RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid

*Flexible Work Arrangement: 3-days (M,T,W) On-site in Newark, Ohio & 2-days Remote


Project based Team leader
Working knowledge of solutions and standards to maintain, support and manage business problems
Analysis and translation of business requirements into functional processes or solutions that meet business needs
Create functional designs, combining business needs and system design/functionality
Develop and perform quality test processes, specifications and requirements for engineers to follow
Develop and maintain system guidelines to support solutions for the customer
Risk mitigation planning
Conduct system reviews, producing reports reflecting efficiencies and deficiencies
Act as liaison between the Product Manager and the team engineers
Manage work flow for the team engineers
Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Bachelors in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred

2-4 years experience in IT with knowledge or background in finance, risk and/or investment management solutions required

SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. This position can require evening and weekend work to oversee upgrades and/or fixes.

This position provides a remote work option, or hybrid 3 days on-site in Newark, Ohio with the team.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Occasional travel could be required within the Park footprint.
