The Account Manager:
This is a remote position however, the candidate must live within 60 miles of West Chester, Ohio to be available to attend blood drives and in person meetings.
Covers Butler, Warren, and Clinton County territories.
Executes blood donor recruitment programs by serving as a liaison between Solvita and client organizations.
Manages all aspects of the recruitment process to meet goals for an assigned territory.
Cultivates and maintains strong community and public relations.

Required:
Must live within 60 miles from West Chester, Ohio.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions.
Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Business to Business (B2B) sales and account management experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

The tissue bank was born in 1986 and is now one of the nation's largest tissue banks. Solvita recovers, processes, and distributes human tissue grafts and is the nation's largest non-profit provider of skin grafts for burn patients.
