Overview




Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring a Project Manager SME who will be primarily responsible for supporting AFMC/A4 at WPAFB, OH.


Responsibilities




Establish and update Project Management Tasks for the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) of "Common Aviation Support Equipment (CAvSE) "As-Is" and "To-Be" Processes.
Develop CAvSE Process Maps, Process Guides, Funding requirements, and Policy Changes for 12 CAVSE Processes required to maintain readiness for Weapon System programs.
Work closely with 440 CSERIT to complete testing of Process Maps against real-world NSN/item support issues
Chair Weekly CAvSE Stakeholder meetings to refine Process Maps, Process Guides, identify/resolve issues, and capture additional processes enhancements.
Facilitate In-Person Stakeholder Meetings at WPAFB, as needed, to facilitate development of CAvSE "As-Is" and "To-Be" Process Maps and Guides
Coordinate with 440 SCOS Aviation Support Equipment Management Flight (ASEMF), Centralized Equipment Management Flight (CEMF) and Centralized Support Equipment Readiness Integration Team (CSERIT) offices to document process refinements needed to enhance CAvSE Readiness
Coordinate with Aviation Support Equipment Maintenance Information System (AvSE MIS) (AKA: DPAS M&U) and Aviation Support Equipment Flight (ASEMF) Team to ensure "To-Be" processes are in alignment with planned system/organizational responsibilities
Develop and maintain master schedules, task assignment processes, ensure personnel are aware of task assignments and deadlines, and track tasks to completion.
Develop presentations for .
Coordinate with AFLCMC/LZSA, AFLCMC/RSO, AFLCMC/WNA/Z, 440 SCOS, 404 SCMS, 437 SCOS, AFRL, and AF/A4L personnel to maintain continuity, communicate project needs, and overcome potential obstacles.
Schedule, conduct, and document meetings to communicate issues and successes to CAVSE Stakeholder organizations and to document Action Items and associated assignments.
Coordinate and communicate through email, MS Teams, and phone calls as required.
Maintain knowledge of maintenance and supply systems (DPAS/ICP, FSM, M&U, LMDS, ERL, etc) and their role supporting CAvSE.
Utilize software including, but not limited to, data processing tools, process mapping tools (e.g. Powerpoint/VISIO), and Microsoft office products.
Complete any training requirements required for IT system access or required to execute primary responsibilities.
Make recommendations regarding improvements to CAvSE processes, guidance, funding, Testing, Modernization as necessary.


Qualifications




Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
Experience in project management fundamentals and scheduling tools used in task tracking and workload management
Be familiar with or gain familiarity with support equipment acquisition, supply, and maintenance processes
