Join our team in Monticello, MN, as a lead electrical engineer and take charge of developing and applying microcontroller-based control systems for electrical heating appliances. If you're an experienced electrical engineer with a passion for innovation and leadership, this role is perfect for you!
Location: Monticello, MN
Wage: Competitive salary, $75,000 - $90,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Duties of the lead electrical engineer:
Develop and implement microcontroller-based control systems for electrical heating appliances.
Lead teams to ensure safety, performance, and compliance goals are met.
Conduct testing and troubleshoot control system issues.
Provide technical support to teams and stakeholders.
Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
Supervise field testing of new appliances and features.
Requirements of the lead electrical engineer:
3 years of experience in microcontroller-based control systems design, preferably in HVAC.
Strong grasp of control theory and feedback systems.
Proficient in C/C++ programming.
Skilled in electronic hardware testing and simulation.
