What we are looking for:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic summer interns to join our dynamic team and support various aspects of our business operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across sales enablement, content creation, marketing support, and business operations management. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and contribute to our organization. By working alongside seasoned professionals, interns will contribute to meaningful projects that drive innovation within our organization.
The selected candidates will have the chance to expand their skills, build valuable connections, and make a tangible impact while exploring various aspects of our business. This internship provides an excellent platform for personal and professional growth, offering exposure to real-world challenges and opportunities for creative problem-solving.
What you will do:
Below are examples of business-related projects and responsibilities you may have during your internship:
Sales Enablement:
Translate documentation and training materials into Highspot for sales teams.
Update existing Highspot content, including naming conventions, organization, and page layouts.
Assist with sales analytics reporting projects, including data extraction and presentation creation.
Content Creation:
Write case studies and produce collateral for consulting services.
Assist with replacing narration in eLearning courses on various topics related to healthcare analytics.
Marketing Support:
Coordinate presenters and deliverables for webinars.
Assist with event planning and coordination.
Support campaign coordination across various channels.
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
Coordinate and support paid media efforts.
Business Operations Management:
Conduct research, analysis, and content creation for internal programs.
Create staff-facing documents for career development programs.
Design infographics and visual presentations for business performance metrics.
Analyze options for AI or workflow automation tools.
Propose solutions for information management workflows.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Curious, attentive to detail, and desirous of applying training to practical, complex, and real-world issues.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with tools such as Highspot and Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Prior internship or project experience in business-related roles is desirable.
Educational Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate bachelor's degree program in business management, marketing, communication, or related field.
Compensation and Location:
The hourly range is $18 to $34, depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This role can work remotely anywhere in the US.
