Position at Lifespark
Providence Place, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for a dedicated and passionateHUC (Health Unit Coordinator)to join our growing team.
Providence Placeis conveniently located on the bus route, located in southern Minneapolis in the Standish Ericcson neighborhood. Here we provide services for our seniors in a TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care, Long-Term Care and Memory Care. We have been helping seniorsAge Magnificentlyfor over 25 years and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full Time 9am-5:30pm, 1 Weekend a Month

Responsibilities:

Our Health Unit Coordinators become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community. In this position, you will provide support to our resident's by provideclerical and clinical support, communication, and assembly and maintenance of all resident medical record charts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Health Unit Coordinator or related degree or related experience.
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families and employees.
Must possess proficient computer skills, including email use, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related software programs related to job duties.
