Adecco is assisting their client with their search for Mail Clerk.
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: 1-2 weeks.
Location: SPRINGFIELD OH 45505 (On-Site REQUIRED)
Pay: $ 16.00
Duration: Temp (projected end is Dec but can extend)
Shift: 2nd Shift M-F - 4pm-12:30am
Description:
This is not a high-stress position. However, it can be fast paced depending on the mail volume each day.
Day to Day Responsibilities: These candidates will be working at a computer and preparing hazard mail documents electronically for transfer to other departments for processing.
Personality Skills: Pleasant, easy-going and able to work in a team environment.
Qualifications: Attention to detail, able to sit for long periods of time and good hand/eye coordination.
The Mail Services Specialist is responsible for the following functions:
Prepping incoming electronic mail (E-Prep/FTP).
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Education- High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Basic Computer Skills and Comfortable using a computer
Ability to make good decisions
Organizational skills
Flexible to handle different assignments
Ability to learn multiple polies and procedures

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
