Part-time Spanish Coach*

(Contracted position, 20-25 hours/week)

*Teachers at I Dream PCS are called "coaches". A coach facilitates the learning process, instead of directing and doing the thinking for learners. The role of coaches at I Dream is a critical example of our commitment to transform relationships between learners and themselves, the curriculum, and the community.

I Dream PCS Mission

I Dream PCS co-designs purposeful, self-directed learning with children and families, so they have voice and choice on the path to discovering and pursuing their dreams.

The Part-time Spanish coach will help I Dream PCS achieve its mission by providing varied and essential Spanish enrichment activities to learners (students at I Dream PCS are called “learners”). The Spanish Coach will plan and lead daily classes. I Dream plans to have between 95-107 learners in grades PK3-5th grade taught over 4-5 periods per day (class sizes 17-22 learners).

There may be opportunities to participate in other programs to increase hours, such as our before and after care services for learners at a separate hourly rate. Please inform us of your interest during the application process.
