ABOUT THIS POSITION
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing the global website properties of Inspire Medical Systems, Inc.
Oversee day-to-day website operations, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and a seamless user experience
Create landing pages needed for marketing activities and new initiatives
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate information while adhering to brand standards, compliance, and regulations
Identify opportunities to enhance the website's user experience, navigation, and functionality
Manage A/B web testing priorities and use data to identify new testing opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate website initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have knowledge in applicable areas of website management, content management systems, content, design, and technical capabilities
Experience with web design and content management using Contentful or similar
Strong written and oral communications skills, as well as strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy is necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Educational Requirements:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field OR a combination of education and work experience.
Preferred: Master's degree or M.B.A

Experience:
Required:
3+ years of relevant experience required
3+ years' experience in website administration and digital marketing
3+ years' experience with content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, and web analytics tools
Strong understanding of user experience principles and website design concepts
Technically proficient in website architecture
Familiarity with website A/B and multivariate website testing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience with Contentful
