 Mentor, coach, and train Packaging Line Workers on the necessary tasks associated with the filling and packaging line.  Effectively operate equipment to process and fill insecticides into finished packaged goods ready for sales & distribution  Develop/maintain safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures for the area  Clear packaging line and perform equipment setups during product change over  Assist in design/maintain area lay out to optimize throughput  Ensure timely and accurate completion of production paperwork/ERP transactions  Perform in process inspections for compliance  Operate Forklift in warehouse & shipping environment  Other duties as assigned
