OurMeetings & Shows team is seeking interest for a talented Production Administrator - Live Events to support their off-site and freelance staff with corporate meetings, events and shows. Responsibilities: Support field staff and freelance team Organize workflows to meet BIW specifications and deadlines Oversee project costs as developed by the Producer, and process financials Interface with BIW accounting -- PO requests, SIFs, invoices Anticipate bottlenecks, identify risks, and escalate issues Ensure compliant use of branding and templates Manage production and crew travel Manage all insurance and COI needs Archive final documents and media files Department Support Database management Facilitate & Manage CR requests Manage ASCAP licensing Promote process improvement TCSI's submissions to clients after each show Manage award Submissions Maintain and modify department templates Manage project archive folders Onboard new department hires Requirements and Skills: Excellent interaction skills with strong leaders Proven experience as an events production manager Adept in financial accounting and budgeting Outstanding communication ability Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines Excellent organizational and leaderships skills Proactive and resourceful Attention to detail Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach Strong proficiency in MS Office, OneDrive, SharePoint Minimal travel
