Electrical Inspector/Superintendent

System One is currently seeking an Electrical Inspector/Superintendent on a 12 month contract position located in Becker, MN.

Electrical Inspector/Superintendent Responsibilities:

• This position will be for a solar project.

• Responsibilities include the construction and commissioning of high voltage substations associated with the solar project.

• Daily meetings where the team/individual is involved in the communication and planning for installation and commissioning of the entire substation.

• Coordination meetings with transmission installation and with substation construction

• Will also be working in the office doing research, planning and review of execution plans, lack of takeout plans, commissioning plans, etc.

• In the field verifying that the contractors are installing and executing per plan.

  Electrical Inspector/Superintendent Requirements:

• Adobe Pro, Procore/PM Web software

• Proficient in SharePoint and MS Office

• 5-7 years of previous high voltage electrical experience/background.

• Previous knowledge of high voltage electricity, substations, transmission lines and their associated components when they walk in the door.

• 5-7 years of substation construction and commissioning experience with high voltage energy installations.

• Equipment installations and the theoretical understanding how switching and that kind of stuff works.

• Strong communication skills.

  Pay Rate: $55-58/hr
