Job Description | Candidates are responsible for the following: *Answer the phone within two rings and identify the purpose of the call and ensure that it is handled or properly assigned correctly *Inform customers/representatives of all available services *Communicate with local and out of town funeral directors to complete shipping process and determine pricing *Communicate with the airlines and book flights for human remains *Accurately document case notes in the computer *Professional /Business attire |
