Keystone Meats is a successful food manufacturing company in Lima, OH seeking a full-time team member to join our office staff. The ideal candidate has worked in a manufacturing setting for two years or more, enjoys taking on any task that comes their way, can work on multiple projects at once and has the people skills necessary to communicate with customers and employees professionally.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software
- Experience with Walmart Retail Link is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills – email, phone, personal
Daily Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers to assist with orders
- Processing invoices
- Coordinating with sales, production, and shipping associates
- Assist executives as needed
The position is Monday through Friday, from 6am – 2:30pm, or 7am – 3:30 pm, and offers a competitive salary, a flexible work environment, paid time off, health benefits and training.
