Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions Inc. (a Taylor company) is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to assist our clients in developing a "digital first" strategic business model. This individual is experienced with leading clients through their digital transformation. This role includes transformation, adoption, and execution.The ideal candidate should have a combination of customer communication and digital marketing experience.The adoption portion of the role will require that the candidate have some experience in developing campaigns via print, mail, and digital to influence consumer behavior.A candidate with experience in understanding preference management, opt-in opt-out, and engagement strategies is key.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead our clients through digital transformation - providing thought leadership, strategy and guidance to develop and execute early adoption to their digital transformation plans.
Perform discovery and planning functions, including client interviews, content audits and assessments, and overall current state analysis. Use data and empathy to discover insights, then translate those insights into actionable plans, including personas, customer journeys, messaging frameworks and more.
Stay current with emerging technologies and changes in the business and technology environment along with industry best practices.
Develop detailed, compelling and analytical deliverables to convey complex thoughts and ideas to our clients.
Understand business strategy and goals, customer journey mapping, develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for spending initiatives, and leverage technology solutions to support business needs.
Deliver high-quality consulting and advisory services to our clients.
Build strong client relationships and effectively manage expectations.
Support business development efforts through participation in sales calls, proposal development, developing relationships across the firm and supporting marketing strategies.
You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience in digital transformation (preferred).
Experience with customer journey mapping in e-adoption transformation.
Solid written, verbal and presentation skills and workshop facilitation skills in a heavy client-facing capacity.
Understand and use digital tools, technologies and trends, then leverage those for client success, including research and discovery efforts.
Strategic thinker with the ability to exercise independence, autonomy, and sound judgment in making account recommendations and decisions. Skillfully enlist internal stakeholders to help navigate client relationships.
Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and to work well under pressure.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong personal initiative and on-time delivery of project tasks and deliverables.
