Aerotek Machine Builder in Big Lake, Minnesota

Now Hiring Machine Builders On 1st Shift($18-23/hr)!!

Description:

Perform all aspects of mechanical and electrical assembly including but not limited to sealers, heat tunnels and sub-assemblies. The process includes pulling stock from warehouse, building device, performance testing and troubleshooting errors. Helping out all areas of the shop when needed including sawing, punch press, machining, deburring and metal finishing.

Assembly Process:

  • Assemble mechanical & electrical devices including but not limited to sealers and heat tunnels.

  • Read and interpret process documentation, drawings, prints, diagrams, and/or schematics.

  • Pull parts from inventory to assemble device.

  • Complete paperwork such as work orders, forms and checklists

  • Test, troubleshoot, and inspect assembled products for defects.

  • Recommend updates to assembly procedures and documentation as necessary.

  • Help out in sawing, punch press, machining, deburring and metal finishing when needed.
