About the Job



Duties and Responsibilities:
40%-Verify timesheets and absence records in HRMS PeopleSoft system, communicate with supervisors to notify them of needed approval, review payroll queries to correct errors on timesheets and absences and input faculty absences into the system.
45%-Maintain personnel and payroll filing system by scanning documents into Perceptive Content.
5%-Utilize HRMS PeopleSoft system to create and send reports used by HR staff and supervisors, such as the Expected End Date report. Also will need to maintain the badges of the volunteers and observers in our departments.
5%-Continually update Human Resources Office Assistant manual as tasks are changed or added.
5%-Copy, fax, run errands for HR staff as need and other miscellaneous HR/clerical tasks and projects.

Qualifications



Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with related experience, strong attention to detail, knowledge of scanning documents, and high degree of confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience using Perceptive Content, previous office experience, strong written and oral communication skills, independent worker, experience in MS Word/Excel, and willingness to learn new tasks

About the Department



The Clinical Neuroscience Center is an administrative group in the Medical School supporting the departments of Neurology, Neurosurgery, Psychiatry and Rehabilitation Medicine.
