Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities The Assistant Media Strategist is a driven, results-orientated, media-obsessed professional that is passionate about making already famous brands noticed in traditional and emerging channels. Partnering with PCB’s media agency and reporting directly to the media manager, this role will assist in the management and execution of national video channels including TV, streaming TV, online video, display, audio and OOH. Responsibilities: Learn and report on ever-changing media landscape by monitoring industry shifts and competitive trends Responsible for management of day-to-day communication with internal brand teams and external agency partners Monitor daily pacing and media partner performance and make recommendations on optimizations to manager Collaborate with the creative, brand and agency teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation Review all agency recommendations and media partner proposals Assist with all reporting and support share outs to key company stakeholders Manage execution of custom content within media buys by partnering with creative, brand and integrated marketing communication teams Responsible for ensuring all media campaigns launch on time and on budget This role is a Hybrid Office / Work from Home position with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Qualifications 0-1 years of experience in media-related field BS in marketing or communications-related Excellent written and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn
