Job Title: Technical Support Tech I

Pay Rate: $25.04/hr.

Location: New Albany, OH

Daily Schedule: Training from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; After shift will be from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Our client is seeking a to join their team. As a Technical Support Tech I, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the hardware infrastructure of cutting-edge cloud computing server technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to swiftly and accurately resolve issues pertaining to server and network hardware through root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of computers, servers, network devices, and command line diagnostics.
