Become a new member of the Remote Sales team and help us to provide solutions to the limitations of F2F channel, to increase our customer engagements by covering the uncovered business, commercial growth and digitalization.
A Day in the Life
Support the Remote sales for the Cardiovascular, Diabetes or Surgical Innovations portfolios
After thorough training remotely sell Medtronic's products within an assigned customer account for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
Actively reach out and communicate with customers on new products, current campaigns to generate new interest, leads and sales (actively identify new sales opportunities, new customer segments)
Collaborate with field sales representatives on shared accounts in the planning and execution of sales activities, as well as providing on-going sales support including lead qualification, sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up
Help to implement the solutions in close collaboration with managers and team members
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
Participate on the Design and implementation of new digital marketing campaigns
Identify, develop, and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate
Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems.
Must Haves
Fluent in Czech and English (preferred at least C1)
Students graduating in 2024/2025 (Bachelor or Master's degree)
In the last year of bachelor (will not continue to master) or last year of master
Interest in developing sales skills
Based in the area of Prague, Czech Republic
Nice to Haves
Studying a higher education - business, economics, healthcare or related fields
Healthcare knowledge is a plus, but not required
Interested in optimization and improvement work
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Eager to learn & develop
Internship/ Program details:
Start date: April/May
Duration: 6 months
Working hours: 20h/week
Working model: Mostly remote work, occasionally in the office
