Aerotek is immediately interview and hiring for warehouse associates and forklift operators in the Albany area!

Shift: M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay: $22-$25/hr

Description:

MUST HAVES

• Minimum 6 months of sit-down or standup forklift experience

• Minimum 6 months of order selecting experience

• Ability to lift minimum of 50-100 lbs (very physical position)

• 20% of shift is spent on the forklift moving materials, 80% is order selecting drums (rolling from pallet to pallet) of carwash solution (soaps & sprays)

TYPICAL DAY

• Arrive, clock in and received designated iPad and forklift

• Find aisle and bay your product is in and pick per the order using an ipad & scanner. The warehouse is organized alphabetically

• After order is selected, take to the wrap area. Used automated wrap machine to secure for delivery

• Stage for delivery

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Select stock to fill customer orders

• Read order requirements and shelf locations

• Ensure order accuracy while meeting productivity goals

• Build and prepare pallets for shipping

• Safely operate equipment required to pick stock from shelves

• Work with team members and supervisors to ensure coordination of work

• Perform additional job duties as required
