Looking for a candidate with good work ethic, creativity, and ability to work with a team.  We are a upscale family owned restaurant  with strong ties to the community.  Applicant needs to have  good organiztional skills, ability to work with a variety of people, and thorough knowledge of various types of cuisine and above average culinary skills.  Applicant will be coordinating with the Bar manager to plan menus and events throughout the year.  Some math ability is a plus, as budgeting , ordering, and pricing require it.  Applicant must be able to work independently and instruct employees under his supervision.
