Role Objective

Travel to GOJO customer facilities for installation of GOJO dispensers. 85% of work is done in health care environment. This is a a 100% travel position.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities


Install new dispensers per GOJO standards, ADA and NFPA guidelines.
Remove old dispensers while minimizing any wall damage.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with installation team lead, GOJO personnel, facility personnel, patient, and families.
Develop good rapport with project champions at customer facilities in support of installations.
Submit daily work log to on-site Installation Lead at the end of every shift.
Use proper tools to account for daily activities.
Maintain company assets Vehicles/Tools etc., as directed.
Work with other team members to complete project as efficiently and timely as possible.
Participate in teams' continuous improvement culture by providing ideas to lower cost, improve quality, and drive higher customer satisfaction.
Support other field base activities as needed.
Basic Hand Tool knowledge and usage- Electric Drill, Measuring tape, Level, PVC Saw, Awl, Cutters, Pliers etc.
Ability to follow site surveys and written directions.
Basic PC and Mobile App Knowledge.
Professional execution of the dispenser installation process.
Meet/Exceed time commitments for scheduled installations.
Receptive to stakeholders' feedback on expectations and performance.

Education and Experience

Associate degree, 2 years of technical trade school, or equivalent education/work experience
Minimum one year installation or related experience
Strong customer service skills are a must.
Ability to obtain be obtain health care facility credentialing is requirement.
Must pass criminal background check, drug screening, and be willing to get all necessary inoculations.

Supervision/Coordination

No direct supervision of others.

Travel Requirements

Overnight Travel - 50% or greater - required
