This opportunity is 100% remote, 40 hrs / week, and will likely go through the end of the year.
Our financial client is seeking a skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong software development skills and a passion for creating innovative solutions. This role focuses on collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-quality software applications, with a particular emphasis on front-end development.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define software requirements and specifications.
Develop and maintain high-quality software applications, with a focus on front-end technologies.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve our software solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development, preferably in a front-end developer role.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
