DRIVER
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drives truck to transport and deliver furniture and apartment accessories
• Maintains telephone contact with base to receive instructions or to be dispatched to new location
• Maintains truck log
• Keeps record of materials transported
• Obtains customer signature as required
• Assists unloading and unloading truck manually
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High school diploma; MUST have a current and clean driving record; related experience
PREFERRED SKILLS: TO PERFORM THE JOB SUCCESSFULLY, AN INDIVIDUAL SHOULD DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES. REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS MAY BE MADE TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES TO PERFORM THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Training – on the job
Working Conditions – Normal warehouse environment
Hours/Days: 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday (or until each day's schedule is completed)
