Sales Operations Analyst, Cardiac Rhythm Management & Diagnostics
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Analyst specializing in Cardiac Rhythm Management & Diagnostics at Boston Scientific. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the success of our sales team by procuring, managing, and ensuring the quality of data for insightful analytics and in developing solutions to evolve analytics and reporting capabilities.
We are on the lookout for a proactive and impactful individual with robust analytical, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities. As a key contributor, you will design and develop tools and analyses that empower our sales team to stay focused and productive. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you'll work closely with cross-functional and/or cross-divisional teams including Marketing, Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, and IT to devise solutions, solve problems, and influence strategic business decisions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Analytics and Execution
Collaborate closely with sales management to understand business needs.
Synthesize information to generate meaningful analyses.
Develop reports and sales performance tools to enhance decision-making.
Implement best practices to enhance commercial operations execution and efficiency.
Offer project support for various sales and sales operations initiatives, driving sales and efficiencies.
Collaborate with IT to enhance and troubleshoot systems, data, and processes affecting the sales organization.
Leadership
Communicate effectively with business partners and the sales team.
Act as a representative for sales analytics in cross-functional project teams
Demonstrate effective participation in meetings with managers, directors, and VPs.
Work directly with field team or leadership on special projects or initiatives.
Ability to work as the primary contact on issue resolution or system enhancements.
Collaborate with team members on standards and best methods.
General Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience in sales, sales support, marketing, or related roles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Proficient in handling large datasets to identify trends.
Well-organized, independent, and ready to work with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with MS Office programs, including Excel and Access
Exposure to Alteryx or other data transformation programs.
Understanding of and experience with data management and database design
Proficiency and demonstrable experience with VBA and SQL strongly preferred.
