Job Requirements:
 At least 21 years of age.
 Valid CDL B.
 High School Diploma or GED.
 OVI Free – last 3 years with safe driving record.
 Ability to lift, bend, twist and climb with an average weight of 50 lbs.
 Ability to operate manual transmission.
 DOT physical and drug test.
 Background check.

Earnings
 A CDL Driver’s weekly compensation will be the greater of the following: Minimum Hourly
Rate multiplied by the number of time clock hours worked, or Minimum Weekly Rate; or
Performance Compensation.
 Minimum Hourly Rate: $ 23.00 per hour to drivers with a Class B CDL for weekly hours not
exceeding 50 hours.
 Minimum Weekly Rate: $900.00 per week for the first year of service to drivers with a Class B CDL.
$1,000.00 per week for the sixth year of service to drivers with a Class B CDL. $1,050.00 per week for
the eleventh year of service to drivers with a Class B CDL.
 The driver’s performance compensation will be computed as follows: Day pay; plus
Mileage pay; plus, Piece pay; plus, Stop pay; plus, Backhaul pay; -or- Load pay.
 Performance Compensation earnings from $46,800 - $70,000 or more.
 Performance/Attendance Bonus $100 per week
