ManpowerGroup Activities Assistant in Washington, District Of Columbia

Our client in the senior living industry, is seeking activity assistants to join their team to enhance activities and memory care for residents.

We are sourcing for two roles, one part-time weekends, and one fulltime during the week.

As an activity assistant, you will be part of a creative team supporting the residence. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, with strong communication skills and technological proficiency. These skills will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Activities Assistant

Location: NW, Washington DC

Pay Range: Up to $20/hr.

What’s the Job?

Ability to connect with residents on a personal level, understand their needs, and communicate effectively with compassion and sensitivity.

Capacity to develop engaging and varied activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of memory care residents, while being flexible and adaptable to changing situations.

Competence in using technology tools and devices to enhance activities and engagement for memory care residents, such as utilizing interactive games, virtual reality experiences, or personalized digital reminiscence program.
