| Job Description: |
Are you a driven individual with a passion for project management and estimating? Twin City Staffing is urgently seeking an assistant project manager to join our team. With opportunities for growth and development, this role is perfect for someone with experience looking to advance their career in the construction industry.
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Wage: $60,000 to $80,000 per year
Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday
Benefits of the assistant project manager:
Performance-based salary reviews after 6 months and 1 year

Duties of the assistant project manager:
Gather pricing on all materials needed for each project prior to bid.
Complete submittals for contracted projects.
Order and track materials, scheduling and confirming deliveries to the job site.
Organize, file, and maintain project documents, completing project closeout documents.
Attend project walk-throughs as necessary, under the direction of the Project Manager.
Requirements of the assistant project manager:
Experience in project management or estimating.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including measure square.
