About the role:
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will be responsible for leveraging sales data to understand and interpret how sales activities are impacting our Capital Equipment commercial performance. This critical role will perform as a central resource to partner with various stakeholders to develop insights that will guide leadership, strategy & sales team decisions and behaviors.



Your responsibilities will include:
Develop tools & processes to conduct monthly/quarterly/annual sales performance analytics
Provide performance insights & strategy recommendations to sales leadership, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate Capital Equipment and Service Sales Quarterly and Annual Forecasts with Strategic, Divisional and Finance partners
Facilitate the annual target setting process and commission process for sales teams
Manage Pricing Strategy & Pricing/Margin Analysis for Capital Equipment Service business
Coordinate sales reporting inventory with Technology Solutions partners and ensure key stakeholders are educated on how to maximize information
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeor equivalent work experience
Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze data & present findings
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships
Experience adhering to deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent Master's degree
5+ or more years of Business or Financial Analytics experience
Medical Industry and/or Capital Equipment experience
