Position Overview:The Production Associate Video Intern will have the opportunity to work hands-on with the production of video programs, developing scripts and storyboards, conducting research, and assuring an overall production schedule is maintained.
Responsibilities:

Schedule shoots, set up and operate cameras, lighting equipment, wireless microphones and other audio equipment; and monitor and adjust equipment during recording sessions

Edit raw video, select music, design digital video effects, and create graphics in order to create a finished product using non-linear editing systems and equipment

Design and create graphics for use in other video projects

Encode and upload video projects to the company website and YouTube channel.

Edit recorded narrations for use in end applications

Take on additional responsibilities from the Lead Production Associate - Video or Marketing Production leadership
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Pursuing a degree in Video Production, Animation, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design or similar area of study

Coursework or prior knowledge of professional audio and/or video editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards

Must be able to perform the following behavioral competencies; attention to detail, customer/client focus, ethical conduct, initiative, managing execution, personal effectiveness/credibility, positive attitude and professionalism
Tools/Systems Software

Proficient Adobe Premiere and other relevant software
Physical Requirements:

Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen

Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body

May be required to lift up to 35lbs from floor to shoulder height, twist, bend, or climb stairs and reach with hands and arms above shoulder level while setting up and recording videos
