Acme Tools in Plymouth, MN is looking to hire a full-time Retail Sales Associate. This Retail Sales Associate position earns a competitive starting wage of $20/hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
As a Retail Sales Associate, your day revolves around providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests professionally, identifying their needs, and ensuring they choose the right tools or equipment. You handle sales transactions, including closing, invoicing, and product loading, while staying informed about Acme Tools' product offerings. You are the go-to resource for answering customer questions, providing sales quotes, assisting with equipment purchases, following up with customers, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Retail Sales Associates additionally actively participate in store events and prioritize safety standards while completing assigned tasks efficiently.
