Responsibilities:

Perform land development administrative responsibilities including - participating in preparing and editing technical documents, contracts, proposals, memos, and supplementary correspondence
Partake in preparing presentations, submittal deadline documents, and coordinate meetings for internal and external clients
Review Local Government Code and requirements and complete various permit applications
Assist in coordination efforts between engineers, clients, and local jurisdictions
Work cohesively with multiple project managers and teams as needed
Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
Preferred Skills:
Qualifications:

Associate degree in a closely related field or a combination of education and relevant experience in a professional corporate environment
A minimum of 3+ years related experience in A/E/C industry
High level of proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word (mail merges, formatting, etc.), PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
Self-motivated, Detail-oriented professional, with excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation and proofreading
Ability to handle confidential information
Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with minimal oversight and work with several managers in a fast-paced environment
working knowledge of VantagePoint preferred

Alliant Engineering is looking to add a Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant in its Land Development Group. This position presents a great opportunity for a self-motivated teamwork driven individual to work in a dynamic and engaging environment in our downtown Minneapolis office. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working a collaborative setting, has excellent communication skills, and has strong multi-tasking and problem-solving capabilities.
